Shoreworld: Chemtrail And Brookdale Guitar Show, April 10

Featuring edgy, echoed guitars dancing high above snarling octave lines and double-timed drums and bass, the chimey verse melodies stand out clean and clear within the heavily-timed delays, jumping out-of-the-way in time for the hyperbole synth... Rhythmic guitar scrapes and hard picked notes break this tune down into sheer harmonic overload and bass and drum cacophony. The handpicked electric melody in the verse section sparkles and shimmers, speaking myriads with simplicity and layering, setting up the stark and dark church organs and enigma coded bass lines singing underneath the surface. As the band bubbles and gears up, the drums spit venomous marching machine gun volley and tumbling toms spill into free falling synth lines that dart into a gritty and ominous guitar riffs, which rival any spy-based action thriller theme. It’s interesting to note that even though this is not a...

      Bass Breaking News

JD DeServio of Black Label Society/Cycle of Pain

I picked it up by the string and I broke the string right off the bass and my father felt so bad about it that he bought it. So there you go. That was sixth grade and it was a Danelectro bass. Oh I don't know (laughs) but I'm sure it was a bass.

Tom Ardolino, Legendary Drummer for NRBQ, Dies at 56 (Includes first-hand account)For the "Hail Hail Rock and Roll" film, Keith Richards selected Joey Spaminato for the band because of the slap bass sound he achieved on a Danelectro Bass. The first time I heard NRBQ was about the time they released a record with Carl Perkins in the

Kombo ho uchvátilo nakřáplým zvukem a výraznými středovými frekvencemi. Ještě více se ale zmiňuje o

Where can I find a bass guitar neck for my DanElectro bass guitar?

I bought a DanElectro Rumor bass body with pickups and everything except the neck. I was planning on using a Fender neck, but they're too big. The Rumor has a neck slot of 2 3/16 wide. Fenders are like 2 8/16.

Do you know a website where

Allparts.com has one neck that is 2 3/16" wide.
      http://www.allparts.com/Danelectro-Longh orn-Bass-Neck-p/dbrf.htm
It is 24 frets, which might actually cause a problem as the Rumor is only a 20 fret bass.

Fret Buzz on New Danelectro Bass?

I just bought a new Danelectro 56 Cutaway short scale bass. I Have Bad Fret Buzz on my E string when I play frets near the neck. its worse the higher up i go. Could it be the factory strings? they feel cheap.
Is there a way to determine the problem

I assume you mean when you play frets closer to the body or the higher notes on the E string. Play each fret slowly and see where the buzz stops. I looked up the bass you're playing. The E string seems way close to the edge on that, make sure your
