Can a kid use a jackson or charvel guitar or is it too big?

I want to play the guitar and was just wondering if anyone out there who plays knows the answer to my question!
I've got a Jackson Soloist and a Fender Strat, and their both about the same size.
As long as you stay with your Strat style of Les Paul style bodies, you should be OK. Stay away from the bizarre shapes (Explorers, Flying V's, and anything pointy by BC Rich) for a beginner.
After the body style, make sure they can get their hands around the neck.
Good luck.

Hi Bass
That sounds like the Pro series "Dinky" model.
