Fender telecaster?
I'm new to electric guitars and i need some help on how they work.
I've seen ppl playing telecaster and i love the fender tone, but can the tele also play sounds like distortion?
To make it play distortion sounds, the changes to be made is on the amp and not the guitar isit?
I'm sorry if i sound noob. but i am really new to electric guitars. Thanks!
Of course a tele can have distortion. Pretty much all electric guitars can. You can get distortion pedals, and mess with your eq, and your amp will probably have a distoriton channel on it already. However, would i suggest a tele for music with a lot of distortion? No, you are better off with something with a humbucker in it (as a opposed to a single coil tele), but it certainly can be done.
