When several of his former Jefferson Airplane bandmates reunited as Jefferson Starship, Kaukonen stayed his course, pursuing his personal musical vision rather than dollar signs. The next year, when Airplane disbanded, Hot Tuna went electric, but added blues, jazz and folk fiddler Papa John Creach. And by 1974 he started a blues and folk steeped solo career that continues, parallel to the reformed Hot Tuna, today. He formed the acoustic Hot Tuna with Airplane bassist Jack Casady. In that setting Kaukonen displayed a finger picking style steeped in Piedmont Blues. Kaukonen&rsquo. By 1971, he was off exploring other avenues that led deeper into roots music. s not touring, he and his wife Vanessa can be found at their Fur Peace Ranch, a music and guitar camp in the woods of southeast Ohio that includes the 32-track studio when he records.

try looking at the ibanez artcore series. i'm not sure of the exact model number, but ibanez has a decent copy of a 335.

Yes, you can switch the pickguard but the pots will still be on top. :)
Their might be a slight modification although technically, it will fit but here is the problem. You will have the front of the pickguard int he back and the back in
