I play Gretsch drums and I know they make a great semi-hollowbody (white falcon, 6120, ect) but how are their acoustics?

They are no big deal. They're as good as the rest of the acoustics made in Asia, which is to say that their quality varies. There will undoubtedly be a few good ones, a few clunkers, and a bunch that are okay. However they are not in the same class as Taylor and Martin acoustics, much less the high-end acoustics.
