Info: Modified 1961 Gretsch Country Gentleman exciting guitar. This is a contender’s guitar & not much of a connoisseur’s particular any more. It has been refinished in red, alike resemble to the color employed for the Monkees paragon. The tuners have been changed to Grover Rotomatics. The dominate knobs are old 70’s Gretsch. The pickguard is from an Anniversary & the FilterTrons are reissues. What is the difference between the Gretsch G6122II & the G6122 ?
These are the Chet Atkins Country Gentleman, Double Cutaways.
That is, besides the couple hundred dollars price difference.
I compared on Guitar Center & Musicians Friend and still I'm not seeing a big difference.
