Can I use a semi acoustic archtop guitar with an electric guitar amplifier.?

I am about to buy semi acoustic guitar and already own a small (15w) Marshall electric guitar amplifier. Are they reasonably compatable?
You can use it, it just won't sound acoustic. If you are looking for a true acoustic sound out of an amplifier then you need an acoustic amp. But judging by the fact that your only running a 15 watt amp anyway, it'll work fine. You can run any guitar through any amp, it's just a matter of the sound your looking for. If it's just for you to practice on or play with a couple friends you'll be fine.

is it ok to play bass guitar with regular amplifier (15 watt Marshall for electric guitars)?

I have a small 15 watt Marshall amplifier for my electric guitar, but I received a bass guitar as a present for my birthday. now, my question: the sound is ok, but if I'll play bass with my amplifier, will it cause any damage to it?
It won't hurt the amp. You'll be able to hear the bass guitar just fine. You want a real bass amp if you're playing with a band, you want the bass to 'punch through'. But then you'd probably want something bigger than 15 watts.
Years 'n' years ago I learned to play the bass by playing along with songs on the radio. (I already played guitar so the bass was not hard to learn). A 15 watt amp is fine for that.
