which is better? the ibanez xiphose xpt700 or the b.c. rich wmd warbeast guitars????/ please help?
see i was told that B.C. Rich made crapy quality guitars
but i know for a fact that slayer has used them?
so i dont know which to decide?
i like the ebanez xiphose xpt700 to but i like the warbeast to
so which would be a better choice?
he are the links:

i have always been a fan of bc rich guitars because of their radical design and that goes back to the bc rich mockingbird guitar design, ihave never heard anything bad about bc rich guitars.
i guess it is all up to a matter of taste but i would choose the bc rich over the ibanez.
btw~slayer still uses them.

Which of these Ibanez guitars are better?

I was thinking about getting an Ibanez and i found these two. What is the main $100 difference in them and which one is better?

Depends what you want.
Xiphos -
24 frets with neck-through design
-Provides the most stable connection between neck and body. However if you break your neck.. Your screwed
-Neck-throughs tend to give better sustain
-great upper register access
Edge III Trem
-ah.. the one downside of this guitar. HORRIBLE Doesn't hold tuning at all. Look it up on google you'll find plenty of hate threads.
Maple body w/ Mahogany "wings"
- Thick sound of Mahogany with an added brightness from a neck
through maple neck.
Real Dimarzio D-Activators
- This is one of the main features of this axe. Comes with real dimarzio pickups that retail around 70 bucks each. Great for something that's not even from the prestige line.
All in all - This is a great guitar for metal, however it will do other stuff pretty well. The biggest drawback is the Edge III tremolo.
Ibanez S520
22 fret maple neck
- bolt on design w/ aanj. This guitar has what ibanez calls "aanj" It's basically a heel design that feels like a neckthrough very comfortable and gives easy access to high frets
- bolt ons are easier to adjust
Mahogany body
-thin tapered body. Very comfortable to play on
-mahogany sound. This guitar will sound a lot deeper and darker b/c of the lack of mahogany center piece.
Pickups
-Standard IBZ pickups. They're all right..
ZR Bridge
-Now this is where the guitar really shines
-The ZR bridge one of Ibanez's most innovative inventions. It's a double locking tremolo that uses a ball bearing system instead of knife edges. It's extremely smooth and easy to use.
-Almost never goes out of tune
-ZPS bar gives the option of having a "backstop" that helps bring the bridge back to the zero point
This guitar is very versatile and will do most styles. Not as radical as the Xiphos but still a worthy guitar.
