Police: Woman drove erratically
PINE GROVE - A Pine Grove woman was taken for a blood alcohol test after an incident about 11:20 p.m. Saturday.
According to borough police, Deborah Louise Geist, 55, was observed driving over a curb and into the oncoming lane of travel, then continued to drive erratically.
Police said Geist was found to be intoxicated after being stopped and was taken to Schuylkill Medical Center-South Jackson Street for a blood test.
Mirror broken in parking lot
SAINT CLAIR - State police at Schuylkill Haven are investigating criminal mischief that occurred in the Fairlane Village mall parking lot between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. Sunday.
According to state police, someone used a blunt object to break the passenger-side mirror off a 2005 Ford Escape owned by Thomas S. Mundy, 72, of Minersville.
Anyone with information is asked to call state police at 593-2000.
