Whammy bar for Schecter Blackjack Guitar?
I have a Schecter Blackjack guitar and have been thinking about getting a whammy bar, but I've heard that it's impossible or it would cost too much to be installed to be worth it? Does anyone know anything about that or how much it would cost? Thanks :D
Here's the deal if your guitar has the tremelo bridge, looks like this

then you simply just buy a wammy bar.
but if the strings of your guitar come out of the body, then theres a space and it goes through the small bridge like this

you would have to have that bridge removed, a new hole cut out, the new one installed and set. there's no way you'd be doing this at home in the garage and you'd have to pay a professional with a chance at breaking it. The new wammy capable bridge would cost a nice chunk of money too.
