Schecter Guitars?
Jan 15, 2007 by Chris K | Posted in Blues
Has anyone had a problem with Schecter guitars' necks twisting? Or anything else?
Schecter makes really solid guitars for their pricerange. The only real recurring problems I've heard are with the wiring. Sometimes you'll get a guitar with noisy pots or bad connections, but then it's an easy fix. Otherwise, Schecter's quality control is great.

How well do schecter guitars handle metal and hard rock?
Sep 13, 2008 by Meowkers | Posted in Rock and Pop
I play all kinds of music. My guitar now is a fender strat, but i would like to buy a guitar that can play some hard rock and metal. Also how well do schecter guitars handle things like blues and jazz? p.s. im looking at the C-1 Hellraiser FR.
Yes, I'm left handed and didn't have too many choices on guitars, so I chose schecter and I am not all disappointed. Schecter handles anytime type of music, great. I use it to play songs from artist such as James Blunt, Nine Inch Nails, Camila, Juanes, Offspring, Avenged Sevenfold, Iron Maiden, Metallica, Pantera, Eric Clapton, B.B. King, and Blink-182. Those bands should give you an idea of how wide a range schecter guitars can play. I use an Omen-6 with a Line 6 Spider 3, 75 watt and as a little note Line 6 works rather well with schecter.
