“Ok Eth, are you ready to hold your baby sister?” Josh asked quietly.

“Yes!” Ethan replied excitedly. The toddler was sitting on the couch with pillows propped up on either side of him. Hayley was sitting to his right to help support the baby’s head since Ethan wasn’t used to holding a baby.

“Hold your arms like I showed you.” Josh reminded. Ethan held out his arms for the baby, an eager grin on his face. Josh walked over and gently rested the baby girl in Ethan’s arms. Hayley’s hands were instantly below, in case the baby was too heavy for Ethan to hold.

“Oh!” Ethan whispered in awe. “Hi Noy-elle.” The baby cooed quietly in response and slept on. “Momma, what’s Noyelle’s umm… middle name?”

“Her middle name is Laura. Noelle Laura Farro.” Hayley replied.
