Is the Fender CD-60 dreadnought acoustic guitar a good guitar for a beginner?

I'm going to start to learn how to play the guitar, and the antique guitar that my dad gave me that was his, has a few cracks on it, and he said he would buy me a new one. :) I found this one on guitercenter.com (there's one of those stores near my house)
Should be perfectly fine! You might wanna consider strings that don't wear on your fret-hand, such as Elixir or D'addario. Also, make sure to keep your guitar out of humidity. Most importantly, have fun!

What acoustic-electric guitar should I get?

I've been playing acoustic for 8 years and electric for one year... I want to get into playing live, but my current acoustic is a bit of an antique and I don't want to add a pickup to it.
What's a decent acoustic-electric guitar, preferably something
Ibanez and Breedlove make some really great acoustic-electrics that are really comfortable to play, well-made and have stunning tones. But since there's no such thing as a one-size-fits-all guitar, the best thing you could do is spend a couple hours
