I found a vintage Ibanez in a local guitar store, but want to know the model?
I found this vintage 70's Ibanez guitar in a local store for around 150$. I am looking for a decent guitar to start playing with. I really liked the guitar, its playability, and its versatility. However, I want to know the model so I can see if I can get any better deals or see some reviews of it. I do not know the model name, but it looked like a Noodle(http://www.ibanez.com/product.aspx), with a metal pickguard, and the strangest pickup switches ive ever seen. the switches were two on/off switches(http://inventorspot.com/files/images/swi tch.teaser_0.jpg)...and it also had a normal toggle switch. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
cant take a pic now, hopefully will be in PA in the next few weeks...
Hi Dan C
A vintage Ibanex is not worth much. During the 70's they started making them and trust me, they were not that good and cheap. But, if you like it, that is what I would pay for even $100.
